Neighborhood Risk Management Corporation (NRMC) is a collaborative, member-driven organization created by NeighborWorks America (www.nw.org) to address the insurance and risk management needs of its members. The Program currently includes property, liability, and excess liability coverage for multi-family and commercial properties owned and managed by NeighborWorks Organizations (NWOs).
HUB International, Ltd. ("HUB") was recently selected to serve as the broker for the NRMC Program. HUB also provides financial management and risk advisory services to the Program and its members. OUR MISSION: To provide risk management training and risk reduction programs and services that reduce the risk and loss control expenses of our members so that they can devote their limited resources to their affordable housing missions. |
