Group Insurance Program

The NRMC Group Insurance Progam currently includes property, liability, and excess liability coverage on a group basis for multi-family and commercial properties owned and managed by our Members:  NeighborWorks Organizations (NWOs) or other not-for-profit organizations that provide affordable housing.  Our goal is to leverage the group buying potential of our membership to obtain the best possible insurance purchasing opportunities in the market so that our members are better able to devote their resources to their own affordable housing missions.

We also provide risk management and risk reduction training programs for our Members, including  program of Newsletters, Webinars and individualized programs. We can provide programs tailored to the specific needs of a particular Member.  Please contact us for more information. 

Our Group Program also provides comprehensive claims handling services, provided by HUB and third party administrators (TPAs) acting on behalf of our insurance carriers.

NRMC has been successful since 2005 with steady growth and doubling the insured property values.
